Malibu Creek State Park
I've
worked in Calabasas for over 3 years now and yet I had never been hiking in the
Santa Monica Mountains which is very close by. My friend Emiko and I decided to
go hiking this Sunday. Originally I had planned for us to go hiking at Paramount
Ranch. Fortunately I drove to Paramount ranch on Saturday to try to get a map
of the hiking trails. While I was there I found out that a Banjo and Fiddle contest
was being held on Sunday and that it would be impossible to hike there. So, I
decided to try for Malibu Creek which was a short distance way. Malibu Creek was
much prettier than I expected it to be. Here are some photos that I took while
hiking.
