Four legged family members
Both Sally and I have always had pets as we were growing up. We got
our first pet together back in 1982 when my co-worker Margret gave us a
little "black" kitty. Actually, she told me that it was black but
when she brought it in it was black and dark brown and a few other colors
mixed in. About a year later we got Sam. Sam was a true black
cat. He was so black that he shone blue in the sunlight. When
we moved to Sylmar we aquired two cats with the house. The first
to take up residence was Miles, another black cat. Miles is part
Siamese and cries like a Siamese. Then we got Grey Cat (aka Secret).
A few years later we got Lazarus, an old blind cat (also black) that we
found wandering around the neighborhood. When Lazarus died Sally
and Randy picked up Evil Cat (aka Sunny) from the pound. Sally's
latest aquisition is the Medium Large Brown Dog.

Evil Cat This picture was taken just before
the CDs that she is sitting on started falling off the rack. It's
not easy to tell from the photograph, but the CD rack doesn't have a top
so she is sitting directly on top of the CDs. When she tried to move
she pushed a couple of CDs out of the rack. That caused all of the
CDs to shift a bit, which caused Evil Cat to loose her footing. In
attempting to regain her footing she pushed more CDs out of the rack, cause
a postive feedback loop until eventually the whole thing tip over.
It was actually quite funny to watch and it was worth having to put all
of the CDs back. She never when on the shelf again.
